I did see this earlier this week. They are cool, but not 70K cool in my opinion.

Pretty cool. Everytime I see the front it reminds me of a Monorail. 70K is pretty high.

70k way too high for any TT. It looks like it belongs on the high speed rail line from NY-D.C.!

Very pricey...the exterior styling, though modern, looks to be borrowed from Airstream or Award TT's.

We would be HAPPY to "test" the Aviator for Forest River. It seems like we are "destined" to be in the Aviator. Ralph flew in the AF for 23 years (Aviator) and we live in St. Louis (like the Spirit of St Louis model). Think they'll give us one for those reasons?

I got to tour this at the National RV Show in Louisville and will say it was very well done. Beautiful exterior and interior design with very forward-thinking building materials and processes.

It's getting TONS of comments. The problem is, there are SO many places the comments are being made. The Aviator FB page JUST went live, with the first photo's & info going up just tonight. https://www.facebook.com/pages/Aviat...14?ref=tn_tnmn But - there are several of the rv forums and RV FB pages (like GoRVing) that has a hoard of comments & "shares" and each of the shares has loads of comments. You could spend a weekend non stop and still not read them all. I gave up trying to read them all and am HOPING they'll migrate to the Aviator FB page and centralize everything.

Pretty nice unit, I wouldn't pay 70+k for it but it is nice, right down to the 3 sony LED TV's and Sony Tablet to control everything, all the manuals for the trailer, how to videos and even stream movies to the 3 tv's. Nice use of tech.

After my brief look at the pics I am impressed with the tech and design. It is cool. Not 70k cool though. Our new SP240 is plenty cool at a fraction of the price. Three TVs? Ok..... Tablet? This iPad I am typing on (with a wireless 4G connection) seems pretty capable. But the Aviator is cool. I wonder how well my Suburban would tow it?

I am waiting for FR to officially come out with the specs. It being all composite it should be a lot lighter, at least I'm hoping it is. I want to get the Wright-Flyer but my Hummer H2 max is 6700lbs. I'm also really hoping the price isn't 70K at that price it's a little to pricey for my blood, but if it's priced reasonably then I'll be buying one. I’m already planning on it. Has anyone heard of when they are going to start sending them to the dealerships for sale or if any dealerships are taking orders?

Being in the market for my first rv, I've been looking at the Aviator and Airstream products. The Aviator lists the same here in Canada as a top-model Airstream but has way more top end features. As I'm resisting buying a tv bigger than an F250 it's in the running but the price is into a luxury 5'er.

I don't like the looks of Airstream.
I'd buy an Aviator if they made a rear living area model that was less than 30 feet long.

Wright Flyer

Just bought an Aviator Wright Flyer. We compared to Airstream and found that the Aviator offered much more for the same dollars. Not all the room of a 5er, but all the features and a lot less weight. It needs much less elec than the 5ers, so we can boondock and go to the scenic places we crave. This model year change and the 13s are being discounted. We love the construction (no wood), and the design.

See you on the road

Wright Flyer

Having it delivered early June. We live in Missouri, but purchased the Aviator at AC Nelson in Omaha. They will deliver it in two weeks. Can't wait. It is such an interesting trailer. Sony tablet runs TV, fans, fireplace and AC. We also really love the decor
