Question Soft Floor

Has any one had problems with their floor in the Aviator Electra in the Kitchen Area?? I know that floor is not made out of wood and i have never had a water leak, iwas thinking maybe a support has came loose. Any advise!

Robert, the floor is 2" thick fiberglass and composite and you are correct in believing it should feel solid. It cannot rot so you can eliminate that possibility. I have a Wright-Flyer model but the kitchens are the same and have never had any soft areas. There are several cross beams under the trailer that run between the frame rails and under the floor. I guess it is possible one somehow came loose or was never installed at the factory. You can cut a small opening in the underbelly cover and take a look. I know from taking my Wright-Flyer apart the floor spans large areas between support beams without issue. Let us know what you find.

Ken, Thanks for your reply , I didn't want to start cutting up the underbelly but i guess i really have no choice. I have had the trailer for 2 years now and within the past 6 months the floor seems to be getting soft in front of the stove area. Ill let you know what i find.

Don't worry about cutting the underbelly. It is easy to make patches. You can buy sheets of coroplast from Home Depot if you need some. I actually took my entire bottom off to install a second fresh water tank and installed all new coroplast underbelly cover.
