Susan is not Brian
If you need parts good luck getting a response, emailed 2 times in 10 days and have received nothing in reply. Hope dealers have better luck

Can you explain ? Did someone named Brian working at a place quit and got replaced by Susan , and Susan is not, in your opinion, as good as Brian ?
I am just puzzled

if you needed any advice or parts for your Aviator you would understand. Brian has moved on and Susan is now taking his place but responses for a parts request from Susan apparently have fallen on deaf ears, even if Brian was busy he would at least acknowledge your email, not the case now.

makes me wonder about Aviator specific parts in the future. Brian would always answer my emails in 1 to 2 days and parts were usually overnite.

I left a message for her about a week ago. Never heard from her! She must be very busy, you think?

yes she has to tend to at least 20 Aviators that have been sold across the country. Pretty sure any Aviator specific parts needed will make the units adornments of RV dealers everywhere.

well 3 weeks no response to 3 emails, I hope everyone has better luck with parts when the warranty is gone. At this time its feeling like buying the Aviator was a big mistake, especially now that Brian has moved on.

That is just wrong ... When a company depends on a single person and and he/she moves on and things fall apart

yes well that is an option but I was using the method of contact that i had used with success when Brian was handling things. As far as her getting up to speed, I do hope she has other duties than warranty and parts for the aviator, I mean there are less than 25 of them on the road and 45 or so still on lots.

We have owned an Aviator Wright Flyer since early June, and have been very pleased with FR's customer service. This includes both Brian and now Susan.
We have had three issues, and each has been dealt with quickly and fairly. Leaky fresh tank replaced. Defective oven was replaced. Failed converter was replaced.
I don't view these issues as major flaws, rather they are no different than a punch list on a new home. We are currently living in this trailer in bitterly cold weather and it is performing admirably. We can't wait to take it to Florida in February after Tammy's retirement.
Brian is fantastic and Susan is working to get up to speed with this unique trailer. I am only sorry that FR has stopped production. I would have loved to see a Spirit-of-St Louis floor plan Aviator.
Oh well, we will continue to enjoy our Aviator.
