2014 FR3 driver's seat

I'm simply attempting to swivel the drivers seat to face the living space but can't seem to do it due to the steering wheel. We purchased our used FR3 last fall from CW who is not an FR dealer so they weren't much help with my question when I asked. I called the FR home line and they told me to slide the seat as far forward, towards the steering wheel (which didm't make sense to me) then turn it tilting the back of the seat. I have tried it all the way back before turning then tilting the seat but it solidly hits the wheel even with the wheel tilted up. I would appreciate any help w this matter, I'm guessing that I'm missing an easy step but so far I haven't figured it out. I enjoy this forum since joining, it's answered many questions.

Getting the drivers seat turned around is a big pain but, doable. What I do with my 2014 30DS is slide the seat all the way back, make sure the steering wheel is tilted all the way up. I then tilt the seat back forward and start turning to the left. As I'm turning, I have to lower the arm rest and do a little moving the seat back and arm rest because it's a tight fit. Yes, it does rub against the steering wheel but, if you're patient, it'll work.

On my 2015 FR3 30DS JeNNY I have the drivers seat as far back as it goes. Then start the turn to the left. Once the seats close to steering wheel slide the seat to it forward position as far as it goes. With steering wheel up as far as it goes you should be able to compleat the turning of the drivers seat. It will rub the steering wheel a little but not enough to hurt anything. Once the drivers seat is turned around, adjust that bad boy for your comfort being mindful of the steering wheel. Rock one now pop in that Pink Floyd movie or the Easy Rider movie and relax!!

DOH! I meant to say turn the seat to the right (towards center of coach).
