2015 FR3 30ds Oil Change

Hello,
Has anyone done their own oil change? I know it is an easy job to get to the drain and the filter but noticed limited space under the hood. Can someone please explain how you add the oil?
Thanks...

2015 FR3 30ds Oil Change

I just had the oil changed for the first item but had the dealer do it. I would imagine you need to remove the engine cover inside to get to the oil fill. I also understand that it's a pretty messy process draining the oil. I hear it drains all over the axle. There's an adapter available that screws into the oil drain that let's the oil drain away from the axle.

Oil fill is in front.

It is easy to change oil the engine cover stays on. The drip pan fits above axle. Hell, it's easier than a car.

I understand that the oil fill is in the front. Is there a special technique or funnel that you used to fill it? Space looks limited.

Walmart cheap funnel, buy oil in quart size. Have rag ready, if you don't rush you won't need rag.

Same idea, except I had the wife hold the funnel.
