2016 30ds FR3 sink covers

I have seen some posts recently that said their FR3 came with cutting board sink covers. Mine did not and I'm wondering if it should have.

Is there anyone out there with a 2016 30ds that can confirm if they were included when you took delivery?

Thanks

No mention of it in the brochure.

They are easily gotten. Camco has a bunch of options. We have an adjustable nylon sink topper and added a wooden stove top also. Both increase counter space immensely.

Unfortunately like you I purchased a year too early! In the 2017 FR3 models they changed to and "under the counter sink" design that allowed them to add the cutting board covers. As previously mentioned, there are a number of sink covers available on-line, but they won't be flush with the counters.

Thank you. I'll get the measurements over the weekend and see if I can order them.

I don't have the same model as you, but the guy doing the PDI told my husband that people use the sink cover (matches counter top). I told him no, not to, he did. Now we have a sink cover that swells up and warps when it gets wet. I want a cutting board one that has an area where I can put the scraps in the sink until I am done cutting.

I have a different tt and wanted a cutting board for my sink. I cut a cardboard template and went to local custom plastic fabricator. They didn’t have the correct material in stock” and said they couldn’t do it. I “wanted “one so I bite the bullet and paid the outrageous price of $125 from an rv dealer. Now because of what I paid for it I use a smaller ultra thin cutting mat on top of the board so I won’t scratch it.

I bought a cutting board for $20 at IKEA that is the same size as the stove top. When I cook, I move the cutting board over onto the right sink and it fits perfectly. I still have the left sink to use. It even came with the rubber underneath which keeps it from slipping. A coat of mineral oil once a year and voila!
