2016 FR3 Wiring

Sooo, I installed my first fan in the fr3 using the wiring that was provided and all went well.

Was planning on putting the fan in the
bathroom but to my surprise the bathroom seems that it is not pre wired. Hmmmm, wouldn't that be the first place you would want to place a fan? Poor planning or laziness on the manufacturer?

I had to dig around a bit to find the wiring in ours. Was taped and tucked back about 6 inches from the opening.

Thumbs up Bath Fan

It's hidden in there somewhere Edmo. I fashioned a hook out of a wire coat hanger to dig around and fish it out.

We were just talking this weekend on how we miss our Fantastic fan from our old Class C.

Are you saying that the FR3 has the wiring already in the roof? If so, I could install the fan myself and save the labor charge.

My rig is 2016 FR3 30DS.

Yes you can do it yourself. Just installed two fans with the help of all the good people on this forum.

Each vent should contain two wires tucked between the roof and the ceiling.

The bathroom wires were tucked back approx 5 inches.

Good luck.
