2017 30ds Furrion microwave removal

We have the newer style microwave/convection combo that FR3 started using in 2017 models. Unfortunately, the factory "tech" who installed it didn't bother with putting it in level, so there is a downward slope to the front of the cabinet. Although that can be somewhat entertaining when baking potatoes, it isn't so good at other times.
I'd like to remove it and shim it properly, but I can't figure out how it is mounted. The installation instructions that were stuffed into the paperwork packet don't seem to match the unit (or at least how Forest River mounted the unit), and Furrion's website only has operating instructions.
Anyone have any ideas? Anyone else have this problem?

Wish I could help. Looks like you may have posted one of the rare "stumpers." Calling Forest River may be your best best.

On the bright side, you may have an idea for a new labor saving device - a microwave that politely hands you your food items when you open the door!
