2018 FR3 32DS tire issue

We just bought a new 2018 FR3 32DS. When we got home from our third camping trip, I noticed that something looked strange with my rear tires. It looks like the tire is backing off away from the rim. My tire pressure is within limits. What would cause this? Click image for larger version

Your looking at your hubcaps.

Not the silver part but the white part in between the tire and hubcap. Itís not the same all around the tire. I may have to get a better pic? Does anyone have this similar on there rv that they can show me?

its the hub cap covering wheel. remove hub cap check, not a problem.

There are three 1 1/8 lugs holding your wheel covers on. Take them off and you will see your rims.
