If we use the cockpit stereo while parked and plugged in is the main battery charged or will we kill the battery?

On our 2016 fr3 30DS the main battery is charging when plugged in.

The coach batteries are charged when connected to shore power with the batteries not disconnected. Beneath the cockpit radio just actuate the radio power source switch to coach and good to go.
