Post that is the first I have ever read on that, I know there is a difference in each system but I'll attach what I got from lippard and with the level up you can use it change a tire. Check the feature section, level up is the only one out of the 4 or 5 different systems.

I have seen that one-sheet advert before. That advert and knowledge of the system is why I think the hydraulics is the safest way to change tires. I will still put my 6K jack stands under the frame like I always do with my truck and cars.
