30DS 110v Breakers and Inline 12 v Fuses

I took a few minutes to plot out the 110v wiring circuits (see attached .pdf file)as we occasionally blow the 110v breakers when running a coffee pot and a toaster oven. I was surprised to find most of the 110v outlets appear to be on a single 15 amp breaker!

We have unplugged the microwave and used that circuit before, but that seems silly. Has anyone split any of the 110v circuits? Added an additional breaker?

Also, our overhead bunk stopped working, so I tried to figure out which fuse controlled it. I've listed the ones I found and listed them at the bottom of the attached .pdf file. There's one I couldn't identify - a 5 amp - anybody have a clue what it controls?
