A/C and furnace

I have a 2015 FR3. Can someone tell me why is my a/c coming on at the same time my heater is on. Thanks

Most likely your A/C compressor is not coming on... just its fan. On many thermostats you can press the Mode button until you get to Fan... then + or - until you get to Au for Auto. Hi or Lo makes the fan run with the furnace (which some people like).
