ok here's an update on my 2014 FR3 30DS !! Had the safe-t-plus installed by CW . Found out needed a front end alignmentNo problem made a date with the local shop . But before I could even make the appt. my lippert steps broke putting me on the ground !!Thank god I'm a big man even thou an old big man not hurt ,contacted Travis at FR3 warranty they next day aired my new kiwkee steps in and they were installed !! So I go to my alignment appt. my FR3 was 1.5 degrees out of balance ,took 2 1/2 hrs and 5 trips to straighten out .WOW what a tremendous difference! My safe -t-plus now actually makes a tremendous difference, glad I spent the bucks . I want to really thank Travis and Bob with frog for all the help But what is next ? Getting ready to hit the road on !/30 hope I'm safe !! Safe RVing to everyone !! Love my FR3 SEMPER FI !!!!

Hi bigdocron. Glad to hear you like the safe t plus unit. Curious. Did you need to align the front end because of the install or was it out of alignment when you took delivery. Our 30DS needed alignment also after delivery plus the steering wheel was out of whack. All fixed now and am waiting for my safe t plus to be delivered so I can install.

No my steering column had to be moved to make it drivable ! My tires r worn really bad but Travis is working on that !!! How can you possibly send out a unit so out of alignment? God Bless Forest River on the FR3 ,I'm sure there's lots more to come Heading out of Zachary La 1/30 to NAS Pensacola,Fla where we were married 45 yrs ago !! WAHOOOOO!!!
