Atwood Air Commander AC Opinions

We are considering replacing our very loud Dometic with the Atwood mentioned above. 2015 30DS. The ones we have seen were whisper quiet.

Anyone out there done this? Any opinions?

My 2016 32DS came standard with 2 of the Atwood ACs and they are quiet, efficient and so far (2 yrs knock on wood) no issues at all.

Get your installer to wire them so the fan cycles on and off with the compressor. You won't like the fans running full time or worse yet cycling on and off every 30 sec or so.

We had our Dometic ac Change out for same reasons. Have Attwood ac Love it. The fan running all time no biggie can hardly here it and get rig cooler longer. love it.
