Anyone know why my cameras stopped working. The rest of the radio/screens work. It switches to the cameras but I am just getting a black screen? Thanks.
The camera leads connect to a multiplexer and the mutliplexer feeds the signal to the screen. If the screen is working for other cameras you may have a loose connector for that camera at the multiplexer. It's a silver box. On my 2014 the camera screen is a separate device not built into the radio. To get to the connectors you need to remove the black screws and slide the black panel out.
Blue screen on all three inputs, cable between multiplex and monitor bad. Black screen could be electrical connection, blue wire bad. Check crimped connector.
