I had both mine go out within a week. Both cases it was the BAL R25076 Slide Out Gear Box that I replaced through Dyers. It was a pain. Both mine got stuck when going out, but was fine coming in.. that's how I knew it was gear box. If yours isn't doing anything at all, it might be the motor. There are some good videos online for manually retracting slides.

Around 3:45 in this video they show a motor that looks similar to yours.

You should have a 1/4 extension driver that came with the RV. It goes into the slot located in the center/backside of the motor. Use that extension with a cordless drill and it'll manually turn the motor.

If the gear is stripped, then you may have to press the switch while someone on the outside bumps/shoves/kicks the slide in until the "good" teeth catches. Make sure all the wires are hooked up to the relay that is by the motor. My slide didn't come in all of a sudden, and after pulling down the trim board, running in the slide manually, I found that the cables were too slack and it had disconnected one of the spade terminal that is on one of the relays. Once hooked back up, everything was good. I just need to adjust the cables now.

Well I don't know what I did to make the slide out start working again. The only thing I did was pull and push on the cables and it started working . I cycled the slide inside and out with no issue. So I asked myself will this happen again?

I brought it to the dealer a few months ago with this problem and supposedly it was fix. I think its going to be a good idea to buy a spare .

One thing I did notice was there's slack on one side of the slide out when it is fully extended.

Thanks to all!!

Norco slide

Go to YouTube and look up accuslide repair and install. There are about 4 or 5 YouTube videos by the manufacture.
Good luck.

I took my to camping world after side quit and stopped short of all the way in. I did have a few prior issue. Technician solved the problem in a few minutes loose wire connector. Now no issue. It helped I had access panel removed. $20 tip for his efforts.
