Blue Beacon

Anyone ever run there coach thru the Blue Beacon truck big rig wash? Do they wash RV's? Are they safe for RV's? If you have used Blue Beacon truck washes, what service package is best for the RV?

Just got one on eBay for the 25DS, $171, free shipping, fitted OK, good quality, correct length, about a foot short on the sides to fully cover

I'm wondering the same thing. I did load the app for Android the other day, it might come in handy.

Had my 5th wheel washed by them last year on a trip to Florida, they held the high pressure wand to close to front cap decals and messed them up, we noticed and filed claim with the manager on duty, filled out paperwork and three weeks later they denied the claim. Even though the worker admitted to us at the time, will never go back to one. If you use them I would watch them closely and insist they back off the decals.

Rock port, can you disclose what blue beacon damaged your Camper? Anyone else ever run your RV thru blue beacon and want to share your thoughts and advice?

We used Blue Beacon in West Memphis and they did a satisfactory job. My only concern is that they do not actually wash your RV. They pressure clean it with high pressure hoses. I didn't have anything damaged but I don't think I will use them again because the chance for damage is too great.

Blue beacon truck and RV wash

I've washed my FR3 several times at Blue Beacon and am not a fan. Once I had to wait 45 min to get into the wash area. Twice they knocked off my gutter extensions after warning them to be careful. The final and last wash was in Las Vegas. After warning them about the gutter extenders which they broke off, they held the wand too close to the gel coat and also left a residue that I had to work real hard to remove. I would skip using them. They are great for trucks that have metal bodies but aren't careful and gentle enough for RV'S with gel coats and decals. Hope this helps..
