Camera affect by high beams

When the headlights are On high beam the camera monitor goes out. When you go to low beam you get a tight picture of your toad . So this normal or another "f up" by our dealer

Mine works fine with high beams on. Did I the dealer install for you or was it factory? If factory not sure how it's the dealers fault.

It could be the dealers fault because we put out rig in their shop to get repairs and when it was on their secured property it got broken into and wrecked... So then my insurance paid them 6000 dollars fix it! And there was 8000 worth of stuff stolen .. So I had to pay two deductibles one for vehicle one for contents! So the stereo was stolen .. They replaced it with a shitty one that we can barely see the screen. Lots of shitty work so would not be surprised if they didn't install it properly. This happened at Fraserway RV in Alberta Canada
