Chassis battery use

First time motorhome buyer here, looking for a little info.My wife and I just went our first short trip (Southern California to a campground north of Payson Arizona) in our 2016 FR3 30DS, all went well, but I have one question, I couldn't find an answer to in the manuals.
When the engine is not running and I use the Pioneer in dash dvd player, am I draining the chassis battery or is it being charged when using shore power. Also does the generator charge my chassis battery when it is running, or just the coach?

As to the Pioneer, on my 2015 I'm sure it runs off the coach battery because when I switch the battery disconnect it shuts down. I think you could use the chassis battery if desired by turning the ignition key to ACC. No idea what it uses if both the ignition key is on ACC and the disconnect is off.

I don't think the generator charges your chassis battery. Once plugged in either to shore power or the gen your converter charger charges the coach batts. On my 2014 DS30 there is a booster switch that allows you to Temporarily connect to the coach batts to start a dead chassis battery. Your chassis battery will change from the alternator while driving.
