After reading I checked my 2016 FR3 and found both front and rear sway bars are installed as suggested in the CHF Guide. And apparently my unit was rigged this way from the factory. I have found no evidence of anything being installed in the other holes.

Can you post pictures of your sway bars?

This was my rear sway bar on my 2017 F53 before doing the CHF.
