Clearance, Clarence

Does anyone with an FR3 know what the general clearance is?

We have a 2013 30DS and heading into to some unknown territory. Is it posted inside the coach?

I don't have my RV here at the house, but I want to make sure I know the number if I'm approaching a low underpass.

Thanks

Steve

I'm thinking that might be just the coach height and not the clearance. But I suspect I would not try anything under 13'.

Has anyone ever had this happen to them? We have a tow dolly and would have to unhook the whole setup and we'd still be stuck. I guess you have call the police so you can turn around?

You could take a tape measure, measure the AC height and then using 2 of you, measure the height ftom the roof down. Add the 2 together. That is how we got our hitched height of our fiver for clearance.

Good Sam has trip planner that you can set vehicle hight and will show clearance warnings on planed route. It will also tell you which bridges and tunnels you can't take propane on.
