Cup Holders

Anyone have a good solution for installing cup holders? Would like some in co pilots area and living area. Should I screw them in? Haven't had much luck with sticking things to walls.

I was thinking of drilling a hole in the counter and dropping one in there by that little piece that wraps around the pantry / broom closet. Maybe same thing in table.

I am looking for an answer also. I have built some portable ones in the past, nonslip bottom and heavy enough to hold the drink in place. I just cut a round hole in a block of wood and stained it to match. Those would work at the table and counter but not for the navigator.

Hello,

I just recently ran across one, literally just one, in a little RV repairs place. It attaches to the wall and the part that holds the cup folds down while in use. I'm going to check online for them and read reviews. I liked that it would fold up out of the when not in use. I really hate not having a cup holder in the co-pilot area! I'll post a link when I find it online.

I see them on recreation boats and see them in West Marina boat catalog. Try them.

How would it mount to the wall? I don't think regular expansion bolts would work. Do we use pop rivets?

So many questions. :-)

I bought some off eBay that work pretty well. I screwed them next to the co-pilot seat under the window. Also put a couple by the couch.

I searched forever and finally found these. Put one on each side, driver and passenger. Screwed then right to the walls. Serve as a cop holder and misc holder, such as glasses. I like them a lot.

I like it! Where did you find it? I have been looking for something like that for a while now and never saw them anywhere.

We bought a folding one from Camping World and it used double sided sticky tape (included) and so far it seems to be holding. If it does come off I'm going to pop rivet it in place.

I got two of those units and we will move them around. With the tab sticking down it sits between the dinette side and the wall if you are using that to watch TV. They also fit along the kingside bed and the wall. I will mount a bracket near each of the front seats so you can mount it there and then move if you want to.

I did the old style fold out cup holders. I mounted them with the Command Picture Hanging tapes. They can be removed easily with no scars. There are 2 tapes, one on the wall the other on the cup holder. They scrunch together. Very nice and secure, I have had no problems.

I had the same problem with my Berkshire. I did not want to screw a cheep cup holder into the molded dash. I found these two years ago and they have worked great. Got two for me and two for the wife. They are still available at
