Dear Forest River/FR3 30 DS

After having purchased our 2016 FR3 30DS, we love it. Sure, a few minor issues on such a complicated vehicle/home, but overall very satisfied.

Still, a couple of small, relatively inexpensive improvements would have immensely added to our experience and we'd have gladly paid FR a bit more.

(1) A more expansive slide in the bedroom, adding an extra 13" of floor space (like the living room slide)
(2) A sliding/screened window integrated into the rear bedroom egress window

These improvements are already covered in the Forum, but it seems that these two standard factory changes would not add substantial expense, would not change the target customer, and the added cost would not negatively influence that customer's buying decision (arguably adding a substantial number of buyers).

Does anyone feel the same about their FR3? We'd love to hear from you.

Thanks.

Not sure what the 30ds is like, but would love another 6-12" from the foot of the bed to the cabinetry in my 32ds. Kind of pain navigating that little area. Back window, well could take it or leave it.
