2017 FR3 32 ft.
Stopped today at a campground in Santa Fe New Mexico and our Dinning room/kitchen slide will not go out. Sounds like it has power but not moving. The cables are tight and still connected.
Called a mobile RV guy but waiting for a return call.
Any suggestions?!?

Thank you my husband was able to get the motor last night but the gear box is cracked. So because it has power we think it is the gear box. Trying to get a new one today.
