Exit window screen that lets in tons of air and no bugs.

I built a screen frame around the window frame. Put hinges at the top and a twist latch at bottom to hold tight. Cut and notched different lengths of pvc pipe to wedge in window. You won't believe how much air comes in the window while camping.

Well done. Our exit windows all have screens ((very much needed for ventilation). Glad you could resolve your issues.

Sounds like a great idea...Did your exit window not have any curtains, or did you remove them to install the screen?

Yes it came with a shade. Removed it and bought blackout curtains.
