You download, print and fill out This form and then mail it to forest river (address is on the paper). It must be postmarked within 10 days of rv purchase.

Seems according to the form it's only good for travel trailers and 5th wheels...although we are discussing it in the FR3 class A thread.

I bought a Cornerstone extended warranty, had a 2 year FR, when that ran out a month later my A/C went out. I payed $1700.00 for a 7 year the first 2 years do not count being FR has to cover it so I still have 5 years left. Have a $100.00 deductible. The new A/C paid almost 1/2 of the original cost. Mine will cover slides, they are out of NC. and been in business over 20 years. No hassle at all had the okay to replace it in a 1/2 hour . Glad I got it. You can take it to any service company. they will cover FR3's. They have a web site and you can read what they will cover depending on how much you want covered just pick the policy you want. Great Company, well respected in the RV industry.
