Extra fuses

Does anyone have any suggestions for what additional fuses I should carry with me in Big Ben ( The name we gave our FR3 ). What size and how many should I have available at all times? Also any other type of emergency tools. You can tell we are very new at this. Thank God for this web site and all of the wonderful people on it.

Given the little room they take up I pack 4 of each size that the panel has.

What Ford Idaho said. I also carry a 18 volt Makita drill. Comes in handy if you have to manually operate slides. I Also carry a battery charger, small air compressor, and hand tools. You'll find other things that you might want to carry as you hit the highways and talk with others.

Drivmsafe is exactly right. In addition to fuses, you want some basic hand tools AND a drill - cordless work well. Even if you're not that handy, if there's an issue someone can usually walk you through a fix.

Search in this forum. There was a thread on the subject of tools and supplies to take. Be aware that if you take everyone's must-haves you'll need a large trailer to haul it all.
