For the past year, we've only swept it out. Sure it could use a light damp rag, like a swiffer jet or such. But pretty low maintenance. Just be sure to tuck away your seatbelts before sliding in your slide so it doesn't jam underneath and tear a hole is the only precaution that I know of.
