FR 3 Low Point Drain????

Is the low point drains shown in this picture which is inside the cabinet opposed to underneath the rig. I only see a crimped black rubber hose underneath the low point decal.

If so, do they appear to be set in the closed positionClick image for larger version

FR 3 Low Point Drain????

Those look like they are your water heater bypass valves in the summer position in your second photo.

First one appears to be your winterization valve.

Remove the cap from the drain line under the compartment.
