what prices, before taxes are you all paying? I am on the east coast and the prices seem to be on the high side. Any info would be very helpful.

Check out the prices on mhsrv.com. Then tell your local dealer to match it. That's what we did!

I started with that price on my FR3 25 and settled at $4000 less. I did get three dealers all trying to sell me the same unit, the winner was easy to pick, he dropped the price and I said sold.
