FR3 2014

Can anyone help me with the following questions regarding my 2014 FR3 30 DS?
1. Will a sway bar help the coach from being pushed around when passed by a semi?
2. Can the drivers seat be turned completely around?
3. Can you turn off the daytime running lights?
4. During winter storage, should you use the battery disconnect and leave the coach plugged into a 110 outlet?

1, I put Airtabs on mine and the difference is amazing. Even the fast semi's don't bother me now.
2. Yes, but requires getting on your hands and knees, much wrestling and a skinned knuckle or two.
3. I don't think so.
4. Judgement call, I do.

1. Don't know...but search for threads on cheap handling fix or CHP here before you invest in one.
2. Yes...the key is to realize that the seat back can be folded forward...not just upright. Then as Mandaholic says...you have to play with rotation...seat slide forward and backward and arm rest position & steering wheel up/down until you can make it around. Once you figure it out it is a lot easier the next time...after the wounds have healed!
3. No
4. No...charge battery to 100% then disconnect the negative wire. Take a voltage reading every couple of months and don't let it get below 12.3V...plug back in overnight to recharge. Alternatively...disconnect the battery and get a battery tender to keep it topped up over the winter (easier solution but not as good for the battery as the first option. ) Don't leave it on a big charger over the winter.

Oh and I would use sumo bags before airbags. They can't leak.
