FR3 28DS Emergency Flashers?

Have a 2017 28DS. Have been on the road now for 3.5 months. I have yet to find a button to turn on emergency flashers anywhere on or near the dash or console.

I live in Florida and we are only supposed to use flashers when broken down and immobile. I've noticed in many other states that they want the vehicle flashers on when going slow in right lane.

Should our RV's have emergency flashers? If so, where do we turn them on and off? For those of us without them, do we have a safety recall issue?

Looking forward to responses.

FR3 Emergency Flasher switch location solved

Thanks a bunch for the suggestion. It is on TOP of the steering column. I had not looked there and it's location is hidden from my view while driving. For those of you out there with a new RV, look everywhere that logic would possibly put something and you'll probably find it.
