I think that will happen only if you power to the solenoid. I couldn't get mine to retract, The group of the first pictures is the solenoid with the red button. If that red button pops out, you have to reset the red handle on the top when you push that back down it will reset your power to it. That's only if you have that system. When I talked to LCI I had to text him a picture of the parts, he said they change parts on the same system depending on who installed it. I had 12v to everything except that part which sent voltage to the pump. My screen worked and everything else....Now I know where to check atleast. My handle was black and couldn't see it at all, but that is what got me going again...

Directional control valve unpowered to up. Issue I had was that jacks would only go down. Unplug connector then turn on leveling system and jacks will retract only.
