ssaavedra: Would love to know what you used for the sliding bbq. And any info on how you did it would be great. This slider is a great idea!!

I bought a small bench to put on the middle of the copilot space, trying to utilize as much of the RV as possible.

Thanks, is so useful. I got Coleman BBQ which had the perfect dimensions for that spot, used a Y has connector coming out of the Gas tank and brought it all the way to the back of where the slide is, opened a small hole on the corner to pass the line. The slider is a simple plywood and rail system with a small metal top to not cook the wood with the heat. Click image for larger version

Does the TV still swing out & did you have to modify the mount?

The TV still swings out without a problem, BBQ hasn't heat up the sides or anything, I've used it 5 times successfully. I also pulled an extra line from the Y connector to connect an external burner, such as a Spanish paella burner in my case. Just another good easy idea.

Fpo1123 those are kick ass! Did you make them your self? How much would you charge to make me a set or for a copy of your plans.? I'm not much for wood working.

I have always said if I helped build the Ark there wouldn't be an animal alive on earth today. I just bought some wood and stain and tried. I knew I could make then 6 inches wide and went from there. I cot the legs out of the same piece of wood and attached them and then cut cross braces and sanded and stained. I think the wife thinks I can build real things now...

But if you like I will measure and send it and the stain color and brand to you. It was simple.
