Important notice if you call Mike at Forest River. Make sure you speak to him personally. When I called yesterday he was on another line so the person who answered his line took my information and was going to look into my service order. When I spoke to Mike today he wasn't sure what he could do because it was late in the day. Had he known in the morning he could have done something. His assistant never gave him my information yesterday!
Also stay on top of your dealer! Two weeks ago they had my unit in for the weather stripping at the windshield, the striped gears in the slide out and 3 broken A/C vents. Because the dealership forgot to take pictures of the vents, they were holding up EVERYTHING else. My windshield and slide could have been fixed, if they had taken the pictures or put through what they had.
I leave on my next trip the day after tomorrow.
