I want thank Cel Lopez, FR3 Warranty Representative, for his support. I reported several minor issues with my 2014 FR3 and Cel sent me the replacement parts I needed. This demonstrates dedication and goodwill for his customers.
Cel has also done me right! I'd recommend anyone to contact FR, even if your out of warranty, or bought your unit 2nd hand. The times I've dealt with them, they seem like they want to make it right.
Surely to God you can't be talking about Celestino Lopez? Because we sure can't get any satisfaction from her/ him... Do NOT BUY FOREST RIVER IF YOU LIVE IN ALBERTA CANADA! Because nobody here gives a rats ass... all this money for a motorhome that doesn't even have enough headlights to operate properly unreal...
