I do get air through dash and floor when selected. The problem I had with control was it would not select defrost at all. Replaced control and all functions work just fine now.

I contacted Forest River and spoke with a warranty person who stated it is there problem. Evans Tempco make the switch.... I have scheduled the repair thru the dealership. Thanks everyone for all the help.

FR3 Heater

Jim, Ford is only responsible for the chassis and drive train, everything else belongs to FR and their suppliers. After 12 months everything except Ford belongs to us owners. I'm looking at buying the Good Sam Extended Service Plan which, as I understand it right now, covers all the major items but I'm going to check concerning the little things like the dash heater and its components now.
