Fr3 warranty work

I have heat /air conditioner blower switch that's no working. This vehicle is under warranty.... Who does the repair Ford or Forest River? Ford states it might not cover it because the wiring has been redone to accommodate the RV. ANYONE HAD THIS PROBLEM????

Fr3 warranty work

If it is the dash blower switch, then it is a ford chassis issue.

I believe its through Forest River because the AC system is not from Ford, but an Evans Tempcon. I think the temp controller they have on their website is the same as ours on a 15' 30DS. Let us know how it goes.

Evans Tempcon, Inc - Service Parts

This looks like their blower switch.

If your coach is under warranty, you want to start with FR. They will direct you is it's a Ford problem.

I have a 2016 FR3 30DS and just went through this problem with dash heater control. All of the dealer here tried to say it was Fords problem so i called Forest River and they said it was there problem. The heater control is made by Evans Tempco.and is easy to replace.

Are you getting cold air through your dash orifices when you select the split (dash and floor) setting on the dial?

I just took my 2016 FR3 30DS out of 5 weeks of storage and the blower fan is inoperative. I'll be making some calls in the morning to see who owns the problem, Ford or Forest River. Any new insight would be appreciated. Thanks.
