FR30DS interior lights

My FR30DS has 3 interior lights are starting to burn out or just flashing on and off. Has anyone found replacements?

As I'm sure you know they are LED and I'm surprised they are going out (check fixture wire connectors first). They last for many hours. If you are sure that is the problem? this site can hook you up. It was recommended by the "https://www.youtube.com/user/RVgeeks"

The Site is M4 Products

Happy trails

Yes the diodes do burn out thus put out less and less light. I have a 2015 30DS and replaced the first two fixtures with identical factory models. I had to order them from a dealer and was charged a ridiculous price. Now I get a much better fixture(IMHO)for much less. 5 fixtures for the price as 2 Forest River originals. I'm replacing all 11 fixtures as they go out. These are very bright and I personally like bight. You can also individually control the two LED panels in each fixture.Click image for larger version

Also the panels are replaceable rather than the whole fixture having to be taken down, thrown away and being replaced.

Yep, mine are doing the same thing. We have been looking at the same type of replacements shown above.

The crap thing is, all of the wires are soldered. It should be interesting when we do start replacing them.

That's interesting, my fixtures just had wire nuts for the connections to the ceiling wiring.

Thanks leisurelarry, I haven't had any problems with this yet, but you know Murphy's law will kick in sometime. Glad to see a less expensive fix.

I purchased two-tone lights from Amazon:
I installed AutoEC LED Dome Light, 2 Color Mode 12V LED RV Ceiling Dome Light Fixture on the ceiling in the front, bedroom & bath. You just turn off & on to with the wall switch to change light modes. I love them. They are larger & brighter than the original lights.

I also installed MICTUNING 2 Pack 12V LED RV Ceiling Light Fixture, 2 Color Mode with Switch Double Dome Interior Replacement Lighting over the sink & dinette. They were half the price of above.

X2 on the Leisure LEDs. I just replaced all of the original light fixtures because several of them had individual LEDs failing. The price was right and the install was fairly easy. The originals were soldered in, so wire cutters and 2ea. WAGO 221 splice connectors per light took care of that problem. WAGO Connectors are awesome!! Lights are much brighter and the 3 way switch gives us more lighting flexibility.

Bought LED's from Camper World that were physically compatible replacements for the power hungry halogen bulbs. I've not had any light problems since installing them and they do run considerably cooler than the halogens.
