Fresh water tank

For all of the answers and suggestions I received on this I thank you. As you can probably tell we are new at this. I forgot to say that Big Ben is a FR3 30DS. I agree with the statement of not hauling all that extra weight. That is why I ask the question about draining the tank. I really do not know what to look for. The other question is how do I refill the tank or will it refill when I hook up at the campsite? Now you can really tell we are new at this. You really feel foolish when you have to ask questions like this All replies are appreciated.

Fresh water tank

Your dealer should have gone over all this at delivery. It's a shame that some dealers just want to sell and not do a proper job of delivering the coach.
Be that as it may, if you look on the drivers side where the outside shower compartment is located, you'll also find the water inlet connections. One is marked fresh water (for fresh water tank), the other for city hook up (when using campground water hook up). Make sure you check to be sure they are labeled correctly. Some have found the labels reversed. 😖

Progolfer, if you don't already have one, get a water pressure gage for the city water hook up. Some CGs have surprisingly high water pressure. Better safe than sorry.
