Furrion DV1200 dvd stuck

Just went to watch a dvd as we cool down from a day out and found the Campers Inn dvd they put in it seems to be stuck. Reset and holding eject did nothing. And of course Campers Inn is closed so I can't call them. Any ideas on how to get their sales pitch out of our player?

DVD will not eject

Purchased my FR3 used with DVD stuck in player. Furion customer service sent me a new unit. Straightforward to pop out old and plug in new. All wires are in harness.

We finally got in touch with Furrion and received the new unit. Do we need to disconnect/connect each individual color wire or do the white connector tabs separate somehow? They seem like they should but gentle tugging with the tabs pressed in didn't amount to anything.

Thanks!

Those white "blocks" ate the connectors. You'll squeeze the tabs on the side and pull them apart. Do not try to separate each individual wire. You need to ensure you're pressing hard enough to allow the tabs to release.

Yea man, sometimes those connectors are hard to get apart. Sometimes there is a primary release slider, then a tab to push. Be carful, and try rocking the connection up and down along with side to side movements and you pull them apart.

Sorry to take so long to get back, forgot my password. Correct, pull the blocks apart. Look at the new connector on the Furrion for guidance as to where the block releases are!

Thanks so much, everyone! We got a little braver with our tugging and got the pieces apart, installing the new unit! It seems to work well... but our living room tv has decided to not have a picture. Given that the outside tv only offers varying extremes of static (doesn't even display the menu list), looks like we're gonna be talking to Furrion some more...
