I have 2 Furrion TV's in my 2017 FR3 32DS that receive audio and no video while the other Furrion TV's in the RV receive both audio and video.
What size were the tv's you had trouble with ?
How did they send a software update ? Was it sent to you on a flashdrive ?
I called the factory and they are looking into it, but weren't sure they have ever had a problem like this. Do you have info on the case number assigned to your request that I can send to them ?
If they cant fix it with a software / firmware patch, Forest River will need to replace both of them.
