This concerns me. A couple of weeks ago it took me 5 minutes to get the main door open from the inside on my fr3 30ds. There are a couple of "adjustment" screws that appeared to be loose. I am not sure if this was the cause. Is there a replacement set of hardware that may be better than what is currently in place? It appears to me that not all door hardware is interchangeable but I am not sure.

When I replaced my lock set the 2nd time I purposely went looking for a BETTER made lock set, one with real steel parts instead of the cheap pot metal. After searching quite a bit I was unable to find a better one so I once again replaced it with the same old original poor quality one. In fairness, I think i recall that on Amazon the whole thing was less than $25 bucks. But again this is a safety/security issue and not a cost issue so if the lock cost another few bucks it would be worth it...!

Locked in

Just locked in my 2016 fr3 30ds ....while the kids were locked outside in a no cell service area. Luckily my butt fit through the window. Now we are locked out. Key and force ineffective

Hmmm, our 2015 FR3 DS locked us OUT the other day. Since we had keys with us, we were able to get back in. Wonder if this is the same issue in reverse.
