Help! Dump valve problems

I have a 2015 FR3 30 DS. Both the 3 inch and 1 1/2 inch plastic compression flanges that connect around the valves were damaged - probably ran over something that hit the outside dump fitting.

How do you dis-assemble the fittings to replace the compression flanges?
I believe the entire unit is called a double Ell waste vale unit.

Any help appreciated.

You can't replace just the flanges. You have to replace the "Y" fitting. I too ran over something an broke mine. Went to a local RV store an got a "Y" fitting. I did not extend it down through the floor. Got a clear 3 inch straight coupling and when I hook the sewer hose I just fit it up through the hole in the bottom.

Separation Anxiety

Is there any way to separate the "Y" assembly without cutting it off?

Yes, you can notch it and peel it off in small 1" sections

That fitting was a problem in my FR3, too. I ended up putting in a macerator system that's completely within the compartment and run a hose through, like WVFR3. Works great and no more worry about damaging the pipe.
