The generator is on.... we checked the sail switch ... and took the four square screws out of the switch box and disconnected it. Still nothing

You can try to lift them manually with the switches in the hydraulic area. It's located near the propane tank I believe. I did this for a fellow FR3 owner with instructions from his mechanic over the phone. I wish I had a picture to show you.

I had a similar occurrence on my 2015 30DS. Jacks would not drop. Problem was due to wire harness being full of water. Separated the harness, sprayed interior connections with WD40. Cured the problem immediately.

You will need a drill and a Allen wench cant remember size of socket and extension . but you can manual run jacks up and down from pump and value.
Go to manufacturers web site for pictures and detailed instructions . extension must fit into drill to run motor. then you turn values with allen wrench . (cap on end of motor covers drive for motor) Good luck

Ours jacks would not go down and it was a fuse by the hydraulics.
