Turbs, I appreciate you trying to help me, but simply saying "remove the flush valve" will only provoke a "deer in the headlight" look from me.

I need to know "how" to remove the flush valve (its why I asked for specifics from fdp, since he's done it on the FR3). How and what steps are involved. thanks.

Turn off water at outside source. Unscrew the large plastic nut at the bottom of your commode, usually near floor in rear. Has a plastic pipe/hose going into the floor or wall. Clean out anything loose or granular and reconnect. Try it out. Here's mine. I had to do this 2 months ago.

Been there several times. Most clog due to little bits of plastic from water system construction. After a few clean out haven't had a problem. Fingers crossed...
