This is how I learned to raise mine when they were stuck. I would always carry a drill and bits and understand how to do it when you are out and about.
When opening/closing the solenoids, DO NOT overtighten them with the allen wrench. It will blow it out and you'll have to have it replaced.
My jacks went out so I now know more than I should about them.
