Inside or outside storage

Hello everyone,
Just looking for some opinions on storage. Outside storage cost is $70 inside storage is $325 per month, what would you do and why. They dont allow any canopys of any sort in the outside lot, so rv is completely exposed to the the elements. Sunny south florida does a great job a cooking things.
