Jackknife coach in FR3 DS32 '17

Are the leg rest on the jacknife couch supposed to extend to horizontal or only partially up.

Suppose to extend all the way, but couch doesn't recline

This is when we are just sitting in it. The leg rest only comes up partially and it it is very hard to retract it.

I found the directions for mine on a small business card under the seat. To retract, you are to pull the leg rest back (NOT Down) with your heel.

I will take a picture of the card.

Thank you. Does the leg rest come up horizontal with the floor or only about half way up. I know we can pull it up horizontal but it won't stay in that position. So we are unsure if it is working right or not.

No, It does not come up horizontal to floor. The card even shows that. I going to work in the 28DS tonight after work. I will take pictures then.
